+ What determines the cost of my order?

We calculate the cost of an order based on the type and quality of garments you’re ordering, the complexity of your artwork (for example, colors and print locations), and the quantity of the order.

+ Will my price change from the initial quote I receive?

We do our very best to provide as accurate-as-possible information when giving a price for printed garments. However, we can’t give you concrete pricing until we see the final artwork and know how many items you want to order.

Changing your ink color or design size mid-run, as well as adding colors or locations may increase your price. Please don’t be surprised if we alert you to additional charges as your requests change. You’ll have the chance to approve final pricing before your items go to press.

+ How do I submit artwork for print?

We accept vector files as print-ready artwork (for example, .eps, .ai, or .pdf files). Our staff will let you know if your design needs to be modified for the screen print medium.

+ Will The Landmark Project design custom graphics for accounts?

We can design custom graphics. However, this specific service is reserved for high volume or special accounts. Should an account be highly interested in this service or if a rep wants to use it to close a deal, we can arrange a custom program on a case by case basis.

  • For example, low quantity runs of custom designs may incur artwork surcharges, determined by the complexity of the graphic and the overall print job.

+ What is the minimum order for screen printing?

The ideal minimum for an order is 50 pieces per design. However, should an account need to pursue a special project with lower minimums, this can be approved on a case by case basis.

+ Can an account get a sample of the print before committing to the entire run?

It depends on the account and their needs. We can definitely offer print samples for a setup cost. However, we can make exceptions, but this must be approved by The Landmark Project

+ What is the turnaround time for an order?

Our typical turnaround time is about 2-3 weeks (not sure where we stand on this for this context) from the day that an order is finalized. An order is finalized when you receive AND give final approval to your order details (specific items, product color, sizes, artwork, pricing).

Depending on the time of year and scope of your order, the turnaround time may be longer than 3 weeks. Please note that any order modifications requested after the official details are approved may be subject to delays or additional charges.

+ Can The Landmark Project accommodate rush orders?

It depends. We can always evaluate the account’s request and our production schedule. Contact Emilie with any questions.

+ What about overage and underage?

If there is a shortage in your final order, we’ll only charge you for the shirts that you receive. If there is an overage in your final order, we’ll only charge you for the shirts that you ordered. That being said, if you intend to order an exact quantity and range of sizes (for example, pre-ordered shirts or tees with specific people in mind), please let us know. We may need to apply a small surcharge to order extra inventory to account for manufacturer's defects.

+ What might delay my order?

We routinely deliver completed orders that are free of delay and that meet account expectations. However we ask that all accounts be aware that rare scenarios occur (such as inventory shortages, defective garments, equipment problems, and shipping issues) may cause unforeseen setbacks. Frequently, delays are caused by account error (e.g., changing sprint specs, sizes, artwork, etc.). Please pay close attention to the final order details and have the account approve all aspects of the order.

+ Which garment brands does The Landmark Project supply for custom print jobs?

We can supply all brands available in the promotional industry. However, we have preferred brands.

  • For promotional quality items, we recommend Gildan.
  • For retail quality items, we recommend Bella + Canvas, Next Level, American Apparel and Comfort Colors

Each of these brands offers men’s, women’s, and youth items at a variety of price points.
